Cards Junior is a question card app for children aged 4 to 10 and the grown-ups around them. It was built so that it does not need to know anything about you, and this policy explains what that means in practice.
The short version. Cards Junior has no accounts and no sign-up. It shows no advertising. It contains no analytics or tracking software. It does not collect, transmit or sell personal data. Everything you do in the app stays on your device.
Who is responsible
The app is published by Szalai Ádám Dániel, an individual developer based in Hungary. For anything related to this policy, write to hello@guessy.hu.
What the app stores on your device
The following is kept in the app's own storage area on your phone or tablet. It never leaves the device, and we cannot read it.

Deleting the app removes all of it.
What the app does not do
- No user accounts, no email address, no name, no age, no profile.
- No advertising and no advertising identifiers.
- No analytics, attribution, crash reporting or behavioural tracking of any kind.
- No microphone, camera, contacts, photos, location or health data.
- No data sold, rented or shared with data brokers, because none is collected.
Subscriptions and payments
Cards Junior Pro is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Those stores handle the entire purchase: the payment details, the billing and the renewal. We never see your payment information. The app only receives a yes or no answer about whether a subscription is currently active, and it stores that answer on the device.

Notifications
If you turn on the daily reminder, the app schedules one local notification a day on the device itself. There is no push server, so no token, no device identifier and no message ever reaches us. Turning the switch off in Settings cancels it, as does turning notifications off for the app in the system settings.
Sharing a card
When you share a question, the app draws a picture of the card on the device and hands it to your system share sheet. You choose where it goes. The app does not upload it anywhere and keeps no copy of what was shared or with whom.
Links out of the app and the parental gate
A few actions leave the app: the privacy policy, the terms of use, the contact email, the store listing and our other apps. Each one is behind a parental gate, a small multiplication task that a young child is not expected to solve. Once you continue, the destination is a website or a store that has its own privacy policy.
Children's privacy
Cards Junior is designed for family use with children. It collects no personal information from anyone, children included, so there is nothing to disclose, share or delete on a server. This is how we meet the requirements of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the United States, the Google Play Families policy, the Apple Kids Category rules, and Article 8 of the GDPR in the European Union.
Purchases always require the parental gate before the store's own payment confirmation, so a child cannot subscribe on their own.
Your rights
Data protection law gives you the right to access, correct, export and erase the personal data a company holds about you. Since Cards Junior holds none, there is nothing for us to return or erase. The data the app keeps on your device is yours: you can clear it at any moment by deleting the app. If you would like to hear this in writing, ask us at hello@guessy.hu and we will confirm it.
Security
Because nothing is transmitted, there is no database of user data to breach. On-device storage is protected by the operating system's own app sandbox.
Changes to this policy
If the app ever starts doing something this page does not describe, we will update the page before that version ships, and change the date at the top. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.

A Cards Junior kérdéskártyás alkalmazás 4 és 10 év közötti gyerekeknek és a velük beszélgető felnőtteknek készült. Úgy építettük, hogy semmit ne kelljen tudnia rólad, ez a tájékoztató pedig elmondja, mit jelent ez a gyakorlatban.
Röviden. A Cards Juniorban nincs regisztráció és nincs felhasználói fiók. Nem jelenít meg hirdetést. Nincs benne analitika vagy nyomkövető szoftver. Nem gyűjt, nem továbbít és nem ad el személyes adatot. Amit az appban csinálsz, az a készülékeden marad.

Mit tárol az app a készüléken
Az alábbiak a telefon vagy tablet saját, alkalmazáshoz tartozó tárhelyén maradnak. Soha nem hagyják el a készüléket, mi magunk sem látjuk őket.

Az alkalmazás törlése mindezt eltávolítja.
Mit nem csinál az app
- Nincs felhasználói fiók, nem kér e-mail címet, nevet, életkort, profilt.
- Nincs hirdetés és nincs hirdetési azonosító.
- Nincs analitika, attribúció, hibajelentés vagy bármilyen viselkedéskövetés.
- Nem fér hozzá a mikrofonhoz, a kamerához, a névjegyekhez, a fotókhoz, a helyadatokhoz és az egészségügyi adatokhoz.
- Nem ad el és nem oszt meg adatot adatkereskedőkkel, mert nem is gyűjt ilyet.
Előfizetés és fizetés
A Cards Junior Pro automatikusan megújuló előfizetés, amelyet az Apple App Store és a Google Play értékesít. A vásárlás teljes folyamata náluk zajlik: a fizetési adatok, a számlázás és a megújítás is. A fizetési adataidat soha nem látjuk. Az app mindössze egy igen vagy nem választ kap arról, hogy van-e épp aktív előfizetés, és ezt tárolja a készüléken.

Értesítések
Ha bekapcsolod a napi emlékeztetőt, az app naponta egy helyi értesítést ütemez magán a készüléken. Nincs mögötte push szerver, így sem tokent, sem eszközazonosítót, sem üzenetet nem kapunk. A Beállításokban kikapcsolva megszűnik, ahogy akkor is, ha a rendszerbeállításokban tiltod le az app értesítéseit.
Kártya megosztása
Amikor megosztasz egy kérdést, az app a készüléken rajzolja meg a kártya képét, majd átadja a rendszer megosztási ablakának. Te döntöd el, hová kerül. Az app sehová nem tölti fel, és nem őriz meg semmit arról, mit osztottál meg és kivel.
Kifelé mutató linkek és a szülői kapu
Néhány művelet kivezet az appból: az adatvédelmi tájékoztató, a felhasználási feltételek, a kapcsolat e-mail, az áruházi oldal és a többi alkalmazásunk. Mindegyik előtt szülői kapu áll, egy rövid szorzási feladat, amelyet egy kisgyerektől nem várunk el. A továbblépés után egy weboldal vagy egy áruház következik, amely a saját adatvédelmi tájékoztatója szerint működik.
Gyermekek adatai
A Cards Junior gyerekekkel közös, családi használatra készült. Senkitől, így gyerekektől sem gyűjt személyes adatot, ezért nincs mit kiadni, megosztani vagy törölni egy szerverről. Így felelünk meg az Egyesült Államok COPPA szabályozásának, a Google Play Families irányelvének, az Apple Kids kategória szabályainak és az európai GDPR 8. cikkének.
A vásárlás előtt mindig megjelenik a szülői kapu, még az áruház saját fizetési megerősítése előtt, így gyerek egyedül nem tud előfizetni.
A te jogaid
Az adatvédelmi jog szerint jogod van hozzáférni a rólad tárolt személyes adatokhoz, helyesbíteni, kikérni és töröltetni azokat. Mivel a Cards Junior nem tárol ilyet, nincs mit kiadnunk vagy törölnünk. Ami az appon belül a készülékeden marad, az a tiéd: bármikor megszünteted azzal, hogy törlöd az alkalmazást. Ha ezt írásban is szeretnéd, kérd a hello@guessy.hu címen, és visszaigazoljuk.
Biztonság
Mivel semmi nem kerül továbbításra, nincs olyan felhasználói adatbázis, amely kiszivároghatna. A készüléken tárolt adatokat az operációs rendszer saját alkalmazás-homokozója védi.
A tájékoztató változásai
Ha az app valaha olyat kezdene csinálni, amit ez az oldal nem ír le, még az adott verzió megjelenése előtt frissítjük az oldalt, és átírjuk a fenti dátumot. A lényeges változásokat az app kiadási jegyzetében is jelezzük.
